Janelle graduated from the University of Missouri-St. Louis with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. 

Prior to joining Custom Insurance, Janelle worked for Afni, Inc., as an arbitration specialist.  She also worked for Liberty Mutual as a subrogation specialist.
