Grant takes pride in the insurance industry and is working to build its future. He served for many years in the Missouri Association of Insurance Agents’ young agents group, also known as the NExT Committee.
He resides in Festus with his wife Natalie and their son Parker.

- Board member of the Jefferson R-7 Blue Jay Foudation, 2016-Present.
- Served as a board member of the DeSoto Community Foundation (2015-Present) and has been the President of the board since 2017.
- Served as a board member of the DeSoto Chamber of Commerce (2014-2017) including a term as Vice President (2017.)
- Jefferson County Growth Association board member (2017-Present.)
Education
Grant holds a BA in Agricultural Business, with an emphasis in Economics, from Southeast Missouri State University at Cape Girardeau, MO.
