We are happy to help you report your claim, but we encourage you to report auto and home claims directly when possible, especially if something happens at night or on the weekend when our offices are closed. Your insurance company is likely to ask questions about what happened that we don’t know the answers to, and reporting directly usually results in faster and more accurate processing of your claim. If we can be of any assistance – if you have not heard from your adjuster or things don’t seem to be progressing, please let us know and we will do our best to help.
